Sepia promotes their company under many name. They even like to throw around words like “photography” and  “Five Star”. Behind the scenes however they tell their employees  they are a “photo stop”. This is an internal  euphemism for  quickly moving customers through without regard for the quality of the product.  My mom was actually told repeatedly that her pictures were “too good” for the  “photo stop” product they wanted to turn out.
